After graduating in 2016, I focused my professional development on endodontic treatment under magnification using a dental operating microscope. Over the past decade, I have had the opportunity to work with dozens of endodontic systems from various manufacturers, featuring different file designs. In my clinical practice, I have used both rotary and reciprocating files, gradually developing a preference for reciprocating systems.
In 2025, I was introduced to the Super System — a rotary system designed for use in both primary and retreatment cases. What immediately impressed me was the reduced number of files and the simplified treatment protocol. After returning to my practice, I decided to test the system and was highly impressed with the results.
I evaluated different variations of the Super System, including Retreat One, Minimal Invasive, and Advanced Kit. Initially, I followed the recommended protocols to better understand the system’s characteristics, and over time, I adapted it to my own clinical workflow. In retreatment cases, I typically proceed with the 25/.06 file from Retreat One, followed by the Activator File to achieve maximum cleanliness of the root canal system. This file not only facilitates the removal of old filling materials but, in some cases, may be the only effective way to achieve this.
In conclusion, every clinician needs reliable instruments in daily practice. Based on my experience, the Super System provides everything necessary for predictable, efficient, and minimally invasive endodontic treatment.
